Titanium Plate

DONGSHENG focuses on recycling industrial titanium plate scrap. Thin titanium plates are used to make parts like heat sinks for electronics and medical equipment casings. Titanium plates are also the core part in systems that clean dirty water using electricity. Wide titanium sheets that resist rust are made for chemical storage tanks and parts in seawater cleaning machines. Special high-temperature resistant titanium plates are needed for parts like blades in airplane engines. For medical thin titanium plate scrap, we recycle it to over 99.5% pure and then melt it down directly to make new plates. Over 40% of the scrap from wide titanium sheets used in chemical plants can be reused. Aerospace titanium plate scrap goes through a special vacuum furnace to clean it, so it can be used again to make new, high-grade titanium alloy.
