PCB Scrap

Recyclable PCB scrap comes from two main sources: industrial PCB scrap and consumer PCB scrap. Industrial PCB scrap mainly comes from multi-layer, high-density boards. These boards are found in things like industrial control equipment, communication base stations, medical instruments, and military electronics. This type of scrap contains much more metal than consumer PCB scrap. Consumer PCB scrap mainly comes from boards inside personal computers, TVs, and mobile phones. To recycle valuable metal PCB scrap, we use acid soaking and electrolysis to extract the metals. For copper-based PCB scrap, we use a two-step crushing process combined with eddy current separation to concentrate the metals.
