Titanium plates for acidic oxidizing potential water (AOPW) exhibit exceptional sterilization capabilities and are widely used in electrolytic disinfection systems. These plates serve as anodes in strongly acidic electrolytes, generating hydrogen while producing AOPW. They are also applied in swimming pool sanitizers, sodium hypochlorite generators, and medical equipment sterilization devices.
In membrane-free electrolytic cells, AOPW titanium plates produce slightly acidic electrolyzed water (SAEW) that retains disinfectant properties while remaining potable. For pharmaceutical and food industries, they comply with GMP standards without heavy metal leaching risks.
